Our founder, Jatniel Badell ("Jay") has been in the industry for 19 years and has experience in all flooring types (carpet, tile, stone, laminate, hardwood, specialty flooring) as well as kitchen cabinets, vanities, closets and all sundries (adhesives, underlayment, moldings, etc.). Jay has acted as a consultant for major manufacturers and distributors on product designs, quality control and marketing. He has also been tapped to train customer service personnel, salespeople and claims inspectors. Jay knows all aspects of the business.
